Nexus Set Posted October 23, 2009 Share Posted October 23, 2009 Well, you found out the problem by yourself, good work! The meshes without the NiSkinInstance aren't rigged to the skeleton. That's why it's messed up. This happened probably in your import/export of the nif in 3dsmax. You'll have to import into 3dsmax with the skeleton included so the rigging will be imported as well.
