It is an gang of Khajiits and you will rob people and kill people just like the Dark Brotherhood from Oblivion and like the Thieves Guild. But you must be a Khajiit to join the gang. There are 30 quests with 5 quests in each city and 5 more after in Mournhold. If you hate traveling them this is they guild for you. There is no quests relating the wilderness and you can get to every city be silt strider, boat, or by teleporting there. You can play in Ald'ruhn. Balmora, Mournhold, Sadrith Mora, and Vivec.
