You don't use the tribunal CD to play tribunal. first you install tribunal then you use morrowind CD to play.

Instale el juego del Tribunal después utilice el disco de Morrowind para jugar.

The gameplay for tribunal starts when you try to sleep and a particular event occurs. You will know it when it happens. It may be that Tribunal is working perfectly but the situation has not yet happened. Keep trying to sleep until it does.

and try to sleep alone, if you sleep in guild houses with other people around they wont come.

I have to disagree there Sypron. I was attacked while sleeping in the fighters guild in Balmora.

Getting an insane high bounty also makes assasins come. I once killed so much that every time i went sleeping out of town, after one hour, 2 assasins came to attack me. I don't know if you can start tribunal like that, but you could try. At the other hand you will never get to mournhold alive (or stay alive there) since every guard is going to kill you, but it's an option.

I agree with this disagreement. :) Looking at the assassins' script, the only place they definitely will not attack you is the Seyda Neen Census & Excise Office storeroom.
