I had just started to point lookup broken after switch to steel::: if someone with a backup ready just half a point look up (just after the explosion of the mansion and destroy the brain in the lighthouse) and if possible:- Gauss rifle - Good karmaand an inner megatown...... (no mods) thank you in advance....that would save my life.
csb
I hate it when that happens  . But I am unsure what "backups" you are looking for. Unfortunately, your save games are gone. As for Fallout3 itself -- you'll have to re-install it, obviously. And the 1.7 patch. And the DLCs. And any mods that you were running. Start yourself off right, however and follow these steps:Check your video card manufacturer for the latest drivers;Get the K-Lite codecs application (this will disable ffdshow, which can cause problems);Install Fallout3 to a directory other than C:\Program Files ... C:\Games\Fallout3 is a good choice. After the install, immediately upgrade to the 1.7 patch;Install any DLCs;Download and install Fallout Mod Manager (Timeslip);Download and install FO3Edit (ElminsterAU) and get Miax's FO3Edit Guide;Download your favorite mods, use FOMM and FO3Edit to set your load order and resolve mod conflicts;Start a new game. Save often and save in different slots to avoid save game corruption issues; andEnjoy Fallout3! :) (That should really go without saying!)Hope this helps!
