Lag After Wait or Sleep

Hi, I have been having quite an annoying problem: whenever my character sleeps or waits, the game starts lagging soon afterwords. I had thought for a while that the problem had gone away, but I recently started a new character, and the problem is here again. Before sleeping or waiting, I usually get about 20-23 FPS outside, looking at the ground or at the sky (I know, awful), but when I wait or sleep for a while, i get about 16 FPS, no matter where I look. In addition to this, I seem to have some very small but noticeable stuttering, and although it does not register on Fraps, I can certainly see it while playing.

It certainly seems to be a mod problem, as after disabling all my mods, it seems to be gone. I realize that you can't look at all my mods (which I will include later) and pinpoint what is causing the trouble, so I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a tool to find out what mods modify what scripts, such as the sleep script, or if such a thing would be possible.
