Alternative Quest item deleter?

Yet u've read the title and known the problem i'm facing and thx.

I picked up that quest item in the MOD by mistake and got failure in throwing it.

The quest item is in one of my favourite MOD and i can't bear to start it again.

Any mod that provides me an access to delete the add-on quest items?

I means the customized quest item added in the User's mods.

It maybe okey if the custom item only act as one quest activater.

I forgot to save and it caused me the trouble on spells.

[Picking up or Equiping will add some spells and thx to the same spell names i have no idea in identify them.. -_-|||]
