Looking for the Ultimate Skyrim desktop

So I will build a PC for gaming too, mainly to play Skyrim. I was planning to build something like:

CPU: AMD FX8350

MB: Asus M5a99fx Pro R2.0 Amd 990fx/sb950 Am3/am3+

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 1 X 8gb 1600 Ddr3 maybe 2X 8

HDD: Seagate 500gb Sata 3 6.0gb/s St500dm002 16mb 7200 Rpm

SSD: 120 Gb Sata 3 Kingston V300 - 450 Mb/s

GPU: Evga Gtx Gtx 760 Dual Acx 4gb 256bit GDDR5

PSU: Corsair Atx Semi-modular 650w Real - Cs650m - 80 Plus Gold

Cooler: Cooler Cpu Evga Acx 100-fs-c201-kr Intel / Amd Heatpipe or Corsair H80

I'm not an expert in build PCS, so my question is: Is there something that doesn't fit the build?

This build will cost me around US$ 1500.00, and I don't want to spend more than this, so, any suggestions would be apreciated.
