Understand that I don’t have the game on the PC yet, but I have it for the PS3, so I couldn’t try to make it just yet. Could someone tell me if this has been done? I was playing with the Hand Cannon, and I thought that it would be an excellent idea to have that in Fallout 3. I understand that it would need to be modeled, have the proper animations, and need to be worked, but I thought that it could be done with the .44 model. Could anyone tell me who to ask, or what I would have to do?
