If you want to make this mod with Broken Steel in mind, then here's an idea:You could put a note on Scribe Bigsley's desk that is very easy to find. It could be a note from Dr. Li explaining that she is leaving for the Institute, but it mentions that she is certain that she saw James the previous day wandering around as a ghoul. Maybe she thinks she's cracking up and just has to get away from all this. Maybe it WAS James, she says, and that he is the one who sent her to the Institute on a quest to get... something, to help him with ...something. Hack up the ghoul dialogue and recycle it to make James's You don't need Liam's voice because of course he's going to sound like sandpaper on a chalk board.
