Script Effects 2 Second Duration - Limitless

Hey, can someone help me with a script which Midas already has? Its like: you have a "Shield 50%" effect on your (lets say) shield and if you equipt it the effect gets buffed at the first time then shows only random on the body, weapon etc.

I need this effect which shows every 5 seconds on the character like a "rebuff" without doing anything like on this video from the "Tessa Mod"

 

 

Any ideas?
