Breton, by far.

 

I quite like their small stature and über magicka skills. :P

 

Of course, with the help of improved human texture mods, I am able to enjoy owning a breton whilst looking fabulous! :)

 

Whatever your race ability preferences, you can make changes to them using the CS.

 

For instance, my breton has a white tail, kitty ears and fangs. :P

For customization I like the beast races, they simply look cool. I voted Breton though, because of the magicka perks. I typically play a fighter or assassin type with minimal magicka skills, but I find that a Breton born under the Atronach sign can be made nigh impervious to magic with the right enchanted items. This comes in handy for when I want to stroll up to a mage and swing an axe into his face. :D
