I've Given Up

I'm at my wits end, because i can't get my mods to work. I've been doing some troubleshooting, so I know the issue has something to do with FOOK2, But I can't exactly tell.

 

I think it's because I have FOOK2 rather than FOOK1, maybe? Either way, it's causing me to not be able to use conflict filters in FO3Edit, thus, I really don't know what to do next. I figure that since I'm pretty much a noob who knows nothing about load order, that could be the problem.
