Geck Not Saving

This is the problem

ive made a sweet as map but there are a few major bugs which i need to fix up

they wont take more than a few minutes but thats not the problem

when i open up the data files fallout3.esm brokensteel.esm and my file rrextended.esm its all working fine

i edit rrextended.esm and then save but it wants me to save it to a new esm file which doesnt do anything and isnt an updated version of rrextended.esm

can some one please tell me how i can reopen rrextended.esm and save changes to that?

the only other way of fixing it that i can think of is to start from scratch and that would take ages

if any one can help me on this it would be greatly appreciated, thanks

someone get back to me soon

why is that wrong?

no i havent even touched fo3edit

Hello,

rrextended.esm MUST be set as the Active to save.

I cant see your problem in front of me but,... dont click "save as" just the "save" and it should save upon the active file.. a little more discription of the problem would be fine...

have you "modded" the GECK to be able of opening several Master files?

It should be a file here on the nexus for that, i dont remember the name, i will search for it, and get back to you.

Hope this helps.

Best regards
