daringmerlin
Hi all,I have a problem with a small weapon mod I've made using the GECK and the vanilla sniper rifle as a base, here's what I've done:- I've taken the vanilla sniper rifle and changed the clip size, changed repair to lead pipe, raised the damage and critical damage amounts and lastly changed the 3D/2D sound from sniper rifle to 10mm Silenced Pistol. Now all is fine in game until I scope in on a target, instead of the usual zoom and crosshair all I get is a pink square, anybody had this kind of problem, any help/advice forthcoming will be much appreciated. Antartic
The problem described is typical of when you miss the route of the scope in GECK. Open your weapon in GECK, in the "Art and Sound" tab, the "Has Scope" checkbox must be checked and the "Target NIF" must point at a scope. You can choose a scope by the Edit button, but you need to have a scope mod, or if you want to use the original scope, unpack the original meshes in your game folder using the Fallout Mod Manager.
