GandhisLunchbox
I've always thought to myself ''I've been shot 100 times by arrows, stabbed 50 times by a sword, burnt by some stupid mages and wondered, why the hell am I in perfect shape?''. I think it would be good to have different animation for different injuries, for example: if you've been shot in the knee by an arrow, you would hold your knee and drag yourself along, or if you've been slashed by a sword, you could hold your side. I think it will be an amazing mod for immersion and realism. I guess the only downside is making all the animation, but I think it will be possible if we get a well experienced modder to do this. I personally think that if this mod is actually made it will have great potential. Edited April 11, 2014 by GandhisLunchbox

DragonsCrest
I think its a pretty good idea. Could maybe have a function that the animations last until the player has rested or used certain items like bandages etc, and as long as the player is injured their speed, stamina and magic are reduced. Something similar to Fallout? If I could create animations or even script I would definitely make this...think it'd do very, very well
dePog
There is a mod that gives you some range of different damage. http://tesalliance.org/forums/index.php?/topic/5072-relz-more-dynamic-injuries/ This mod makes you bleed out if you are cut, so you need to carry tourniquets and stitches. If you get hit hard your bones will break. Break a leg and it will slow your movement. Break an arm and you won't be able to wield a weapon. To fix broken bones you'll need to carry or make a splint from wood and leather strips. It also gives you burn damage from fire spells and cold damage from ice spells. Both these give effects that blur or throb your vision (simulating your pain). You'll need to carry burn and cold repair creams to treat these. This is the best mod I have seen for injuries so far. Cheers, dePog
notmyhome
I don't think it is such a good idea, as we all know, an arrow to the knee instantly ends your adventurer career and turns you into an NPC of the IsGuardFaction. Sorry, someone had to do it.Actually, a nice idea, but as it requires a Localized Damage System, it´d probably better be released as a plugin to said mod, to prevent re-creating all that stuff.
