NBKxTrOjAn Posted April 12, 2014 Share Posted April 12, 2014 I've always wanted a mod to temper clothes but i can't find it, can anyone make or find a mod where you can improve clothes at a workbench such as Tavern Clothes, Noble Clothes, Fine Clothes, etc.? chanchan05 Posted April 12, 2014 Share Posted April 12, 2014 It's because there is no tempering recipe for them in the creation kit. Also, they won't be clothes anymore if they you want to give them an armor rating that can be tempered. You have to turn them into armor in the CK. Which means, they aren't clothes anymore. The only ways I've seen to allow putting armor ratings on clothes is to give them an enchantment for increasing armor, or making them a special material that gives them armor rating but keeping them clothes, or giving them armor rating straight up.
