A solution to obtain 2-3 PERKs per level up

There are many mods or compilations that give a very nice hard/imersive gameplay, and then provide a lot of cool perks too, but the level cap its 30 with B.S. and there not exist a mod to correctly unlock it (the result ll be no evil char kind or some crashs)

I am looking a mod ( i searched a lot and dont find it) or solution that give me 2 or 3 perks per level up, so this way i can slowly level up and appropriate all the perks.

maxlevelworkaround works just fine (does require BS) allows you to reach level 31 and then resets back to level 30 (so it doesn't cause issues) but you do get perks and skillpoints, but by level 30 every skill should be 100 anyways.

Level Cap Workaround is a good solution but very visual and auditive dumb ( i cant hear tree dog say the same lvl 30 karma title again and again...)

So i think about it, if the Level Cap Workaround do his job only a time per lvl up?

That's mean: every level that you up, you back to your original state, but in the next time, you correctly up to the next level:

.

So, the level cap ll be 60 in praticle, (1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,...) not 30 + invisible high levels.
