distortions in a helmet mesh

Hello all

 

I am attempting to make a combat helmet with a seperate decal mesh. the idea is that it will go along with the Decal Suit. It hovever will not work right at all.

I have seperated the decal mesh ran it in conformulator and i get errors. have done again as obj and appears to do some thing. i have the nif added to a formlist and bodyslot 2 i either get it not working as befor, fallout crashes on me aor its invisible.

 

I can send nifs etc to whoever can help and want them. maybe the nifs off i dont know.

 

 

hoping for some help on thsi one as otherwise its decals as part of the textures otherwise.
