jatneosen
Today, while playing, I realized that all the voices in oblivion was gone. Now I have no idea how this could've happened. But it happened after I started retexing and messing around with meshes/textures in general. I only ever went near the meshes and textures folders tho. Does anyone know what this problem might be? And also, is it possible to fix it without reinstalling the mod?
Cold101
Nope, you need to have a back up, we cant give you the files, make a back up before you mess it up, so go reinstall it... AND MAKE A BACK UP! :wallbash:
bben46
All of the vanilla voices, textures etc are still there. They are in the bsa files in the data folder. Mods do not change them. If you can find the mod that messed up your voices, and completely remove it from the data (not just the esp, all of the associated meshes, textures and anything else it added) the original voices will come back. Note, you do not have to delete the mod, just Move to to a new folder outside of the Oblivion folder. Then you can analyze it to see what went wrong, fix it and put it back in. jatneosen
I'm quite sure a mod didn't screw it up, more me modding. Or, attempting to anyway. The last few days I've been messing around in nifskope and gimp, generally retexing and messing around with meshes. Of course, I also unpacked my vanilla meshes and textures, could I have done something wrong in the bsa commander that messed my game up?
