CakeBandit Posted April 13, 2014 Share Posted April 13, 2014 I am doing the imperial part of the questline, trying to complete message to whiterun by talking to Cipius. He just says generic imperial lines and the quest does not continue. This means I cannot start "The battle for Whiterun" either.I have tried so much…Waiting, doing other things, coming back later etc.Loading to a previous saveLoading to a save before i even started the questUsing skyrim unofficial patchusing civil war overhaulusing the console (i did so many things i couldn't even list them…)Trying to use the console to skip the quest, but i still can't proceed further in the questlineStarting a new game (basically i can never do the civil war quest no matter what…)I also tried siding with the stormcloaks instead, but i still can't complete the quest… Ulfric has no dialogue to move on.
