Like with the football field and the people marching.. and it has to be customizable. And it has to have insturments. And the npcs in the "marching band mod" has to be able to march in formation. Just say its for youtube series im doing and thats one of my videos. That should help you a little bit. Just pm me for more info. Also, i dont have any money! In any case though, unless someone absolutely LOVES this idea, you aren't going to find a "modder who has nothing to do". They'll be creating mods. Ones they want to do for their own projects. Also the sheer difficulty and scope of what you're asking, you'll likely need an expert good at modelling, animation and scripting, something that's very rare as well.
