I nice yet useless aesthetic mod, that would add a purchasable crystal ball to the Hag's cure in markarth that allows the player to see a live feed from a random place in skyrim bordered by smoke and tinted red / blue / green.

I guess it would be possible by utilising some of the more unique quest line scripts, thinking thieves guild or other likewise scripted events that triggers a cutscene, however I Imagine it need a loading screen to load the area up when you wanted to take a peek.

 

I would try to make it but I'm only able to throw out theories.

Unless one can somehow just shrink preset scenes down and put them in the ball. That might work. Like I can see the different planning stages of the civil war missions being watchable since most only are like two, maybe three people. Maybe add the ghost shader for a mystical effect?
