Missing Meshes for Chests and Crates

I recently started playing Oblivion again, and downloaded several new mods, such as MMM, Unique Features, Immersive Interface, and another mod 'Throw any Weapon', which allowed me to just throw weapons and not all the extra stuff UV does. Anyway, I found that Throw any Weapon caused some kind of problem, so I deleted it, and the game worked fine. But when I started playing it, I found all sorts of yellow thingys, which I think are missing meshes. It appears to be that I have lost all my chests and crates. Does anyone have those meshes, or have any ideas what could have happened to them?
