The best class/race gear build

Okay I remember making a near invincible Dunmer. He was a thief I think. I also had a lot of those constant effect artifacts, but I don't remember which. I do remember that I was 100% resistant to magicka, blight, corprus and common desiese, 30% resistant to shock and cold, 95% resistant to fire and 20% resistant to poison. I always used the glass dagger from tribunal (that you get from Almalexia), Hopsfire, Trueflame and a daedric bow.

But what do you use for your character?
