Level Up Problem

I have been having a problem with leveling up.

Once I chose my perk and press accept the game freezes.

 

So I thought it was my Slower Levelling mod. It Wasn't

 

So then tried disabling all my Community made mods. Nope

 

Then disabled everything but Fallout3.esm. Worked

 

Then went down the line and tried all the DLC. Surprisingly the only on the didn't work was Operation: Anchorage. (Which is weird because I keep thinking it was Broken Steel)

 

Well now I enabled all my mods excluding Operation: Anchorage and mods that add/help it.

I can level up now :biggrin:

 

But is there any unofficial patch or something that can fix this problem.

 

BTW: Here is my load order and OS just in case someone asks

I tried it and the problem still happened.

And like i said it is not any of the Community made mods it is the DLC Operation: Anchorage
