Problems with changing the nmm-stettings

I tried to change the "fallout new vegas dictionary" in the settings, because the folder containing the falloutnv.esm changed from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\downloading\22380" to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\data" and the mods won´t work otherwise

 

after that you have to re-open nmm, but if you do so your nmm has changed the path back to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\downloading\22380"

 

does anyone know how to solve this problem?
