csb Posted November 1, 2009 Share Posted November 1, 2009 There are mods that replace some armors/clothing with Type 3 versions. Most of the customized armors/clothing are meant for player use. That said, Try Ling's Pretty Things. It "pretties" up a lot of the NPCs (heh ... mostly female ones!) and gives many of them customized outfits to wear.
