It is possibile to get the distance in the scope when aiming a target?

Hi all,I'm new to the modding and just started with a couple of little self-use mod like weapon,armor and npc modification.

 

Now,I was working on a sniper rifle and I come up with the idea to have the target distance displayed when zooming.But it's possibile?Because I havent yet figured how to do it.
