Deacan Levine Posted November 2, 2009 Share Posted November 2, 2009 I've been trying to ad NPC's in the vanilla F3 that have the same effects as some of the DLC Anchorage NPC's. Such as the GREETING salute etc as you walk by. Is this even possible? The NPC's do not show up in vanilla after placing them with G.E.C.K.
