Looking for Visual Drug effects, from FWE (For Fallout 3) but for New Vegas

Hello, and thanks in advance for any help you can give me!

 

In FWE for Fallout 3, there was a mod in it that added drugs, made cigaretts smokeable, and also gave all drugs "Visual" effects. Im looking for something similar to this for New Vegas. Any suggestions? Project Nevada doesnt have anything it it as far as i can tell.

Chems Alcohol and Meds sounds like what you want.

Yeah, Chems Alcohol and Meds is a great mod. If you only want the visual effects and nothing else, there's a mod called "drugs are bad mkay" or something along those lines.
