So yeah, it's basically an ammo press for energy weapon ammunition. I'm wondering if you can use the original ammo press base code, since it's technically Bethesda's propoerty? Anyway, here's the values:

 

Electron Charge Pack - 1

Small Energy Cell - 2

Microfusion Cell - 3

Alien Power Module - 5

Alien Power Cell - 10 or 20 (To balance with the awesome power of the Alien Blaster)
