Kriiture Posted April 17, 2014 Share Posted April 17, 2014 I thought of a mod that replaces the NCR on the strip with regular citizens (gamblers etc). It would make sense because some people ahve bad rep with the ncr and it doesn't make sense to me to have them at the strip not attacking you. Sorry if a similar request was posted before this.
