PLZ HELP CAN'T DOWNLOAD FILES

:wallbash: Okay, i'm trying to doanolad some mods to my game, and i click to download the file and the new window pops up telling me the files loading, and then the open, save, or cancle window pops up. This is where the problem is. On alot of the mods that i try 2 download, when i click on "Open", a new internet window pops up for a half second and nothing happens except for the open, save, or cancle windo poping up again. PLZ HELP ME, THIS IS DRIVING ME NUTS!!!!!!!! :wallbash:

It appears you a new to mods and their use, Save the file to a known location, the open and extract them using an archive extraction utility like winrar or 7z. Read the read me and follow any specific instructions for installation.

 

With few exceptions on this site, the files are in zip, rar, 7z, exe or omod format. Omod is for obmm (oblivion mod manager), So an extraction tool is quite essential.

 

 

Here is a good place to start for the new and veteran user alike, does not matter Oblivion or Fallout3.....they are quite alike as they use the same game engine.
