apricot507
Cool that someone considered this, I was sort of looking forward to something like this to happen. The original pic looked so good that I wish the model would be as close to it as possible :D Alonso, I think you're going in the right direction, try making the model's head a bit bigger, it is in fact quite bulky in the picture, and the body should be a bit more of a mix between muscles and bones. But anyway probably the pic you posted was just a quick post, I'm sure you've developed the model further from there.Anyway how do you make sure that your rigging gets associated to the skeleton of the horse or the mountain lion in Oblivion? I'd like to learn that cause I haven't found any .nif or animation files specific for creatures to be imported in blender, so that I could use the skeleton. I'd love to know if you can help :D thnx
alonsomartinez
Um apricot im not sure if you know how to model but I used background imaging The whole model is exactly like the picture except the feet and a horn that I added Other than that it is EXACTLY like the picture
apricot507
yes I do know how to model thanks, i just checked and i can see that you used background imaging. Maybe its an optical illusion, but I don't know, it seems like it's not gonna work cause the joints are too stuck to the torso. The overall model looks flat. Just my comment, you're the expert, boss :)
kieranfoy
How come you're telling Alonso what to do, Apricot? You're not the OP, unless my eyes are mistaken. Just let Alonso do it his way.
alonsomartinez
Apricot I have made several creatures now and all of them have worked pretty well in my opinion and if you don't know how to even make /rig creatures why are you telling me what to do ? Deleted1848331User
It doesn't seem like he's telling him what to do. But hey, what do I know. I don't read sarcasm and stuff all that well
alonsomartinez
it's not gonna work cause the joints are too stuck to the torso The overall model looks flat Sounds incredibly rude to me and the reason as to why it is flat is because it is a side view Obvously it wont capture the view from the top
