p00ned55 Posted November 8, 2009 Share Posted November 8, 2009 ive been playing and trying to mod Fallout 3 for a while now and i love it. when i was trying to mod i thought a cape would be cool. it would be cooler if someone made it with either a batman outfit with black cape or spartin armour with red cape. if any1 has or can do this plz post a link here.
