I seem to have a rather "unique" bug with my kids

Okay, so I decided to come home to Solitude and visit my children since I've been generally ignoring them for some time. I have the following kids: Sofie, Lucia, Blaise, and Alessan. (I have multiple adoption installed; I just felt so bad not being able to adopt all the kids living on the streets).

Everything seemed fine! Sofie ran up to me, begging for an allowance so I gave her 1k the first time. She gave the, "You're the best!" response. I then gave her some gifts, she responded normally with "thanks" and I got the Gift of Charity. I went to Lucia and gave her gifts too and got the Gift of Charity along with her unenthusiastic response.

Now I move onto the boys! Now this seems to be where the issue is at! I first went up to Blaise and gave him some gifts: all just food and sweets. He did receive the gifts, but when I exit out, he acts like he didn't get anything. He gives the response, "Awww...... Stop teasing me!" And I don't get any Gift of Charity.

I restart the game at the point that I enter Proudshire Manor and try to gift the kids again. (And this time, I give Sofie 500 gold, since all the kids have seem to have gotten accustom to 1k and don't give that surprised response on the amount anymore... Don't wanna spoil them...)

This time, I try gifting Alessan before Blaise and he also gives the same response, "Awww..... Stop teasing me!" No Gift of Charity.

I restart and give the boys daggers and clothes and they don't equip them and give the "stop teasing me" response and no Gift of Charity.

The closest bugs I've found to this are ones relating to the 360 where you don't always get Gift of Charity or the kids are too overencumbered to receive gifts on the PC. I'm playing this on the PC so I'm not sure how I'd be getting the 360 bug and how to fix it.

I also removed all the items in Blaise's inventory and tried disabling and enabling him to see if that would fix it. Though I know that method only works if they're overencumbered. I noted that I did get back the items I gifted Blaise, but he still gives the same response on receiving them back.

Ugh! What is wrong?!! I don't want to have annoying, ungrateful sons that act like I gave them "nothing" as gifts!

Here's the list of all the mods I have, including the add-ons, in the exact order in my Skyrim Data File list:

Unofficial Skyrim Patch.esp

Dawnguard.esm

Unofficial Dawnguard Patch.esp

Hearthfires.esm (No brainer)

Hearthfire multiple adoptions (subscribed on Steam)

All Homes Remodeled (subscribed and goes along with multiple adoptions to have additional beds for kids)

Unofficial Hearthfire Patch.esp

Dragonborn.esm

Unofficial Dragonborn Patch.esp

HouseOfHorrorsAlternateEnding.esp

The Paarthurnax Dilemma (subscribed on Steam)

Camping (Subscribed on Steam)

Become a Bard (subscribed on Steam)

Cloaks - Dawnguard.esp

Cloaks.esp

Did I put the unofficial patches in the wrong order than what was suggested? I did get a bit confused on where I should put the Multiple Adoptions and All Homes Remodeled, so I did put them before the unofficial patch for Hearthfires since I just thought maybe that made more sense for the loading order.

EDIT: Okay! So I actually looked at what I got back when I gifted Blaise and I actually DIDN'T get back the items I gifted him! I did get back the yellow shirt and wooden sword I gifted him long ago and he still wears them... At least the yellow shirt... I need to look to see if he's still wearing the sword...

It looks like the items are just disappearing when I gift it to him and he acts like he doesn't receive them cuz they don't go to his inventory...
