LE Psycho-Directional Gravity

I am wondering if it would be possible to make an ability that lets you dictate the direction of gravity?

 

Here is my idea:

 

You activate this lesser power and the direction you are looking then becomes down.

 

It's use would naturally be limited to anywhere there is a surface to link the gravity, so you couldn't do it to the sky, but on ceilings, walls, rocks, and anywhere else there is a surface.
