Just made this signature an hour ago.Since free flowing cloth animation hasn't been invented/implemented into Fallout yet, I think the jacket would look like a clip-on. EDIT: Opps... So sorry. Alucard's Jackal (anime), I thought Alucard's (Castlevania) Jacket. To be specific it should be cloak. :wallbash: Sorry, I seldom read the top post.
