odd glitches, opinions please?

so I started a new game the other day after a wipe and re-install of Fo3. Before the wipe I had gone to the National Guard Armory to get the Advanced Recon armor Here and I started getting messages that "Children can't use that" when trying to activate the food things and the armory door switch. I had not used any age cheats/items. I 'aged' myself via console, and had to reduce my size afterward, and things seemed to work okay after that (the recon armor was cool after I actually got in to pick it up.

 

Now, after I wiped all of that and re-installed, with mostly different mods, I'm still getting glitches. I was using the Groovatron to see what everybody had in their inventory. I shot Maggie, exited the menu after she had nothing of interest, and then here comes SALLY from MZ with her greeting speech! I select the first option like I would if I were doing MZ, and she just stands there looking around...

 

Here's my mod list and Load order...any help, opinions would be welcome. I currently don't have FWE activated, though everything (meshes, textures, etc.) IS installed. I also couldn't find any information on the 'MyFook' mods, so I left them unchecked for now.

You appear to have two mods editing mothership Zeta, which might be causing that kind of glitch.

A minor point, but load the Broken Steel .esm after Zeta, as it is that DLC that gives you the level 30 cap.

 

To find and resolve mod conflicts you'll need two must-have utilities: Timeslip's Fallout Mod Manager (FOMM) and ElminsterAU's FO3Edit. You'll want Miax's great FO3Edit Guide - Web-enized to learn how to use FO3Edit to find and resolve mod conflicts. Any time two mods make changes to the same thing (like MZ), the probability for a mod conflict increases -- FO3Edit is invaluable for finding the conflict and resolving it. The worst-case scenario is the removal of one of the offending mods.
