Project Purity

Here's the problem:

 

I make it to Project Purity. I followed Libert Prime and killed Col. Autum. The objectives still have it as unchecked.

So I enter consol command "completeallobjectives 00014E91" That takes care of those objectives. In order to proceed I need to do a player.setstage to set up the next objective. So... "player.setstage 00014E91 60" Next objective flashes "Activate Project Purity"

 

Now here is where the problem is.

I can't get Sarah Lyons to open the door for me, or get Fawks to go in. I can get Sarah to go in but she activates the code and then nothing happens. I can get in using tcl and input the code, only when I hit ENTER, nothing happens. I can punch in the sequence 2-1-6, but when I hit ENTER, it does not work.

 

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
