NPCs don't talk.

I have just noticed recently, nobody in the game will respond when I press "E", I have gotten a lot of mods installed, and i think it's my FOMM order, I just learned about this order thing, so can someone help me fix this list so It is correct and I can have those NPCs talk to me again?

fallout3.esm always has to come first in the load order.

If Fallout3.esm isnt first then the other mods are being run before Fallout 3 considering the mods require FO3 to run im surprised your game even started because it looks at what is first on the load orde (whenever i do that it crashes)

I have no idea, I reinstalled my sharing and caring companions mod, and it works now, even with fallout 3 not being first....Hey, if it works, it works! Does the fact that I'm using fose, is why it doesn't need to be in the right order, or is that completely unrelated...my game runs fine with the mods in that order now...I also find it funny that both calibr mod, and 20th century weapons mod work in game....
