static mounted machine gun? static vehicles in working order?

I like to look at things, but using them just doesn't seem very fun, so why not make static items for placing around in GECK?

 

like, say, a mounted M2, or a corvega with wheels and an engine

stuff like that, you know?

 

is there anything like that, and if not, could there be?
