Fast Travel Crash

Started oblivion again, I'm using Goty edition (EU), and installed some mods.

 

Ok,

Heres the problem,

 

in the game, when I fast travel the game loads as usual, but as the screen starts to load up the game (i can hear sounds) the game suddenly CTD's.

It's happened aswell, when i start walking through the "wilderness"

 

I've downloaded all the patches (but when i try the Shivering Isles patch it says old file not found, i assume this is because the game is already patched...it says so on the main menu).

 

I use OBSE, OBMM.

I've disable save on fast travel, wait etc.

<EDIT> Solved.....turned out Francescos Creature behavior was causing the problem
