Noob question re downloading mods

I can't seem to find where to click to download the mods I want, such as Banished.

When you are on a file page, just above the description, you will see several tabs. Click on the one that says "Files", this will load the files tab, select the file you want to download and click on the file name, you will get one of two pop up windows, if it is a file under 2 megs you will see one that says "downloading file", be patient and wait, you will get a second pop up window asking if you want to save, run or other options depending on your browser. Select save and save the file to a known location. When the download is complete, open the archive with what ever archive tool you use....if you don't have one Winrar and 7Z are the most often used....they will come up in google if you need to download them.

 

Larger files are slightly different, you must be logged into that site......the forum login does not carryover to the sites. The only difference is when you click on the file name you will get a popup that asks you to select a file server, just choose one of the normal servers. Then you will get the Downloading file" pop up window and continue the same.
