Wireless Headphones/earphones for iPod

Recommended Posts

Just today while walking back home, my earphones developed a false contact, and is therefore now unusable. This has happened before, and now it's around the 5th earphone that broke for me.

With all of them, it's always something about the line, and it's now frustrating me for it to happen again.

Does anyone know of any good Headphones and/or earphones that are wireless and are really good quality?

One note, I'm an Australian, so keep that in mind.

DJ headphones.

They look ridiculous but they work and sound excellent. No joke either. A good pair here (US) costs like $100.

I think I know what happened to youre headphones, my ear-buds developed a weird problem back when I worked in a warehouse. You know where you plug them into the I-pod? Well most headphones use an L shaped plastic sleeve that goes over the wire and the contact. Well over time that sleeve pulls the wire apart. Its easy for it to happen since the copper inside the wire is so thin. If you can get that sleeve off you can solder the connection back together, but you have to use a low heat solder. If you enjoy fixing stuff, or you just have no money like me lol, then give that a shot.

1. make sure theyre more than 5 bucks

2. take good care of them

3. dont blast your music so loud that your great grandma can hear it with her hearing aid off

4. dont eat them (someone somewhere must have eaten a pair of headphones by now)
