Pipboy Dissappearance

Ok, my game was playing perfectly until now, but for some reason my pipboy doesnt want to show when i open it, instead of a wrist position it switched to a palm held position, and yet i do not have any mods installed that do that.

 

Does anyone has any ideas or info on fixing this.

Uninstall all mods and load the game. Do nothing, no open the pip boy .just do nothing at all but wait for 5 minutes, no mouse movements , just nothing, allow the game to go into idle mode, once it makes a complete revelation, hit esp key, hard save the game there, esp again and exit.

Now reload that saved game and see if now the pipboy shows up. if it does not ,then the menus folder lose files needs to be deleted, the sym tem is from a mod made from an author that prefers the PDA type PIP.
