console doesn't work

Hi, I have tried to use the console to modify the reputation with powder gangers, but it seems it doesn't work.

if I use the command

setreputation 001558e6 0 30

but if I check the world map on pipboy it says (on the NCR correctional facility) that I'm still vilified.

I also tried the help command but the list of commands is made of a lot of "command used for padding" lines and a few lines about MCM (the mod manager)

Ok, now it works, but if I try to go to the NCRCF they still shoot me. What can I do?
