Stuck chest

I have a really weird problem with a chest in my house. This had happened once or twice before, so it's probably not related to any mod in particular.

 

Basically a cupboard got stuck. I opened it, added some items, and when I later came back, it couldn't be opened anymore. I press the activate button, but all that happens is the quiet "click" sound and nothing happens.

I tried leaving and reentering the house, reloading the save, waiting outside the house for 30 days and the damn thing is still stuck.

Is this any known bug by chance? Is there anything I can do to fix it, probably from the console?

Actually, now that I think about it, something similar happened a few times with regular items as well. I could not pick them up. I could move them around, but when I tried to pick them up, the same click sound would play and nothing. This is really puzzling.

If its a house added by a mod, I'd check that mod page to see if its a reported problem. If you have mods changing a vanilla/DLC house, try disabling those first. You can open the console and click on the chest to get its refid; the first two digits indicate the load order of the plugin "responsible" for that instance. If its not a vanilla/DLC file, start with that mod.

I didn't provide any info for a reason. There's no point in posting load order and that sort of stuff in this case of randomness. It's not related to any mod in particular, I believe.

 

The same thing happened in Anise's cabin: one of the items laying on a shelf isn't pickable/stealable. I see steal when I mouse over it, but I can't. Just the clicking sound. I can hold the item and walk with it somewhere, but I just can't place it in my inventory. The other time it happened with different item in different place.

Now the unopenable chest.

 

If it's not a known, even if rare, problem, I guess I am s*** out of luck.

It started happening with awful lot of items compared to my previous games, when I'd find something stuck in this way maybe twice in the entire game. It even happened to one of my followers 3 times already - he would simply not interact at all (otherwise behaves as before).

Noone really has any idea, and more importantly, did this really never happened to anyone?

I use ENB with most effects disabled (basically ENBoost with parallax enabled). I use SKSE 1.06 (with memory patch) and also used 1.07 for a short period of time.

Maybe disabling and enabling the cupboard could fix the problem.

I was playing around with console and could reset the cupboard, but what I assume is an activator or something is simply broken, and it wouldn't open.

Later on I noticed those stuck items sometimes get stuck when I enter a shop (or whatever location) for the first time, and reloading and entering helps, so it must be something going bad in a random way.
