Many Miscellaneous Issues

I have Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition version 1.05 installed.

I have the following mods installed:
Dragon Age Redesigned
Natural Bodies all in one
More Hairstyles
JB3textures
Improved Atmosphere
Skip the Fade
Morrigan Restoration Patch Dialog Fixpack
Make CONSOLE commands visible
Map Textures
Expanded Inventory
Dialogue Tweaks
Better Sex Cutscenes
Dragon Age Rules Fixpack
Pineappletree's Vibrant Colors
Tucked Hair

My problems are:
1) In Redcliffe Casle Second Floor a Armor rack has disappeared but when I press tab it shows the uti file name.
2) Marjolaine is Naked.
3) In the room of the Village of Haven Chantry where Brother Genitivi is found a Chest has disappeared but when I press tab it shows the uti file name "urn110ip_chest2".
4) The cultist reavers and all cultist enemies wearing armor hit without weapons during the Urn of Sacred Ashes Quest.

5) The Warden Commander Armor Set from the Wardens Keep DLC shows it's Chest Piece as invisible.

Please help me.

This is the only mod you listed that could have impacts you're describing. Unfortunately, while IA is great mod, it's known for failing to work-and-play-well with others. Worse, even if you remove it, the effects can be already baked-in to your save and persist afterwards.

 

Check and see if removing it solves the issues. If so, great! If not, try loading a save from earlier in the game (before you had ever visited a given area, which is when the enemies and placeables are first created) and see what happens.
