Mod name: Kirel's Take a Breather Mod description: Lets you stop for a moment to get your breath back (marginally increased fatigue return) by sneaking. The effect will only be triggered if you are standing still, don't have a spell or weapon ready and aren't being attacked by an enemy using Hand to Hand.
